What’s in the Trump-Xi agreement struck on fentanyl, rare-earths, shipbuilding

The agreement stuck between President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping in South Korea on Thursday includes an agreement to reduce U.S. tariffs put on China overselling a precursor to fentanyl as well as a halt to shipbuilding levies for a year.
